An architect asked me to do landscape Feng Shui for two of his plots which he could not sell to young families to build their home on them. He was looking for a, for him, new way to solve the problem that several couples and families came and looked at his pieces of land but did not decide to buy them, whereas he could sell other of his lots nearby and then plan and build homes on those.

People may have a feeling, an intuitive understanding which places are good for them and which not, which places feel welcoming, nourishing, harmonious and which places feel too “cold”, too “hard”, not welcoming.

As mentioned earlier the land might store negative energies of past events which you cannot see with your physical eyes but I can be seen them with my “inner” eyes.

The solution is to perceive the stored energies, understand them and do the necessary energy work to release or/and transform them.
